Is QP Book Tours right for you?

How far in advance should I book my tour?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks before your desired tour dates, and ideally 6–8 weeks ahead of your launch day. Spots fill quickly — especially around peak release seasons. The earlier you apply, the more options you have.

What formats do you accept?

We work with eBooks, paperbacks, and audiobooks. Digital ARCs are the most common format for host copies, but we also accommodate physical copies too.

How many hosts will sign up for my tour?

It varies by package and genre, but typically between 10 and 25 hosts per tour. We recruit from our vetted network and only confirm hosts who read in your genre — quality over quantity.

Do you run international tours?

Yes. Our host network is international — readers and reviewers based across the US, UK, Europe, and beyond. Your book isn't limited to one market.

Can I book more than one tour?

Absolutely — and many of our authors do. A cover reveal followed by a hype builder, or a release day tour followed by a review boost a few weeks later, is a popular combination. Get in touch and we'll map out a sequence that fits your timeline.

Do I need a finished book to apply?

For cover reveals and hype builders, no — we can work with a cover, a synopsis, and a release date. For review tours, hosts will need access to a completed ARC ahead of their post date.
